Refunds and Returns Policy for StyleCrowd

Thank you for shopping at StyleCrowd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our refunds and returns policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds, making the process straightforward and fair.

1. Return Conditions

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Faulty Products: If the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at with your order number, the details of the product(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Shipping: Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
    • Book with obvious signs of use
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

4. Exchanges

5. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
